You talk a lot about promoting positivity etc…but sometimes it seems like you also promote consumerism a lot, showing all these new shoes you have etc…do you ever feel unsettled that you are in a world that promotes consumerism so shamelessly? Submitted by Phil. Nov 25, 2011 |
| Absolutely, I feel unsettled about a lot of things our world promotes. I don’t particularly feel as though posting my new belongings always promotes consumerism but I can absolutely understand how it could appear that way. I guess if I posted all the belongings that I give away or sell that it would help balance things out, I am very simplistic and always trying to downsize quantity. | |

| I vibe people out really quickly so I suppose it’s very important to me. However, the most productive period of my life was when I stopped hanging out with everyone and devoted all my time to my project. I’m not saying this is the smartest thing to do but it definitely was a huge wake-up call to me at the time. | |
