Aloft Harlem is a new hotel featuring loft-inspired design in uptown NYC. Steps from the legendary Apollo Theater, Columbia University, and the 125th Street subway station. Looking forward to seeing Aloft open their doors in Brooklyn on June 1st.

Founders Silke Lorenzen and Sarah Vollmer decided to build small hotel Berlin with the vision of keeping the great architecture and not destroy it by building seperate rooms into the space. They wanted to create a room, where people actually meet each other. So they started to think about a “room – in – room – concept” and decided to have little wooden huts and Caravans. Guests who prefer more privacy can stay in six spacious new rooms located in another part of the building.
